Can we keep using our existing Excel template?
Orders can be imported as an Excel or CSV file, and the export produces an Excel file. If the export should look exactly like your current template, we set that up on request.
Do we own the data?
Yes. You can take all data with you at any time as an Excel file or a complete SQL file.
